We have a rare opportunity for a Business Chance Manager to work within our Train Service Delivery team. We are looking for an experienced transformational project manager who has the ability to lead the business through the change process across specified projects. You will identify areas where changes to our systems and processes can bring further improvements to our train service delivery and customer experience.  In particular this role will focus on the activities in our Control Centre at Romford to lead on the implementation of new technology used to manage the real time Train Service and reduce the impact of incidents when they occur and improve our information to colleagues and customers. 

You will take a collaborative approach and enjoy sharing your knowledge and ideas with colleagues to drive business change. You will have strong understanding of business processes along with a good knowledge of operating procedures. Your communication and negotiation skills will be second to none as will your ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload will be key to this role. Knowledge of Lean techniques will be an advantage to help modernise problem solving within the Train Service Delivery Department.
