We have an excellent opportunity within our Operations Team in the West Area for a Driver Manager.

Our Operations team are responsible for 800 drivers across our network. You will lead a team of drivers to deliver consistently high standards of train operation. Other key deliverables will be to ensure compliance with Greater Anglia route, traction, rules and regulations and safety knowledge for your driver team through recognised measurement and monitoring of competence.

You will actively participate and contribute to performance improvement of train service. You will contribute to the development of staff briefing, developing and delivering a robust system of "all staff" every time, promoting inclusiveness and robust feedback principles.

You will have a solid understanding of Railway Operating Rules, Procedures and arrangements. You will have an understanding of control management, service delivery and recovery. You will be required to conduct incident, accident investigation. Above all we look for people with high standard of honesty, integrity and able to role model our values.
