We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience/Retail analyst to join a progressive and proactive team. Ideally numerate in a discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research or Economics. You will provide analysis and insight to support retail strategies and CX initiatives

Central to this role will be to monitor key trends and identify areas of risk/opportunity in supporting CX and retail strategies. Including utilising business intelligent systems and developing KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights into customer behaviour.

You will collect evidence and benchmark performance across the rail industry/public transport sector and advising on KPIs an assist in the production of quantitative/qualitative research, creation of business reporting and forecasting impacts of initiatives to the business.

To be successful in this position you will possess a degree/post graduate degree in Maths/Science and have a highly analytical background. Strongly numerate you will be able to work closely with our commercial team to identify and explore opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Experience in one of the followings will be a definite advantage: MS Access, VBA, Qlikview, R, MatLab, SPSS or relevant analytical software.
