Revenue Protection Officer

An opportunity has arisen within the Greater Anglia Revenue Protection team for a Revenue Protection Officer based at Bishops Stortford.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, works safely, promotes innovation, has integrity, delivers results and is a team player. Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and hard working individual, with a drive to provide our customers with excellent customer service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced. 

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.  Being able to make decisions quickly, and communicate these effectively, is an essential part of the role. You will be expected to write reports and your commitment to the role is essential.  Previous applicants need not apply.
