Revenue Protection Officer - Stansted Airport, 12 Month's Fixed Term Contract

Be part of something rewarding, by joining Greater Anglia you’ll be helping our customers get from A to B. With staff of over 2,500, we operate a busy commuter service from London Liverpool Street to destinations across the east of England.

An opportunity has arisen within the Greater Anglia Revenue Protection team for 11 Revenue Protection Officers based at Stansted Airport.  This is a 12 Month’s Fixed Term Contract.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, works safely, promotes innovation, has integrity, delivers results and is a team player. Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual, with a drive to provide our customers with excellent customer service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced. 

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.  Being able to make decisions quickly, and communicate these effectively, is an essential part of the role. You will be expected to write reports and your commitment to the role is essential.
