CRM Manager

We have an exciting new position working as the CRM Manager, based at Stratford, within the Greater Anglia Commercial Department.

Main duties:

The successful applicant will build and evolve a CRM & Data centre of excellence within the business to service the marketing teams and the rest of Greater Anglia (GA). This will include managing the CRM and email strategy and campaign delivery for both GA and Stansted Express, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, to budget and achieve goals.

You will own the GA and Stansted Express customer database and email marketing programme, and ensure it is up to date, accurate and complies with latest Data Protection legislation. Ensure the business leverages full value from the customer relationships it facilitates.

Be required to maximise the impact of each CRM/ email campaign, optimising its benefit over time and feeding back to stakeholders the outcomes and next steps. Review and improve the current Marketing Automation strategy and programme to achieve business goals.

Effectively manage CRM budget, and deliver required CRM, data and email reporting, metrics and ROI.

What we are looking for:

Someone with 3 years+ experience in a CRM or email marketing role, with a proven track record in the formulation and delivery of successful data driven personalised marketing campaigns targeting both, consumer leisure and business audiences, with full budget responsibility.

It is essential that you have experience of managing CRM or data marketing agencies to achieve successful business outcomes, and of managing a busy daily/weekly email workflow through an in-house team and external suppliers. You will have the ability to undertake multiple projects at the same time with a highly organised and logical approach.

You will also have good copywriting and proofreading skills.
