Ticket Office Sales Clerk

We have a great opportunity within our Ticket Office Team at Cambridge, for a Ticket Office Sales Clerk to join on a Fixed Term basis until March 2019.

Main Duties:

The role is within one of the busiest Ticket Offices within GA and involves cash handling and associated shift accountancy You will be required to work early and late shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

This role also includes working outside of the Ticket Office, delivering Customer Service and assistance during times of disruption and at times helping with the Ticket Vending Machines.

What we are looking for:

You must be passionate about Customer Service, a team player with excellent communication skills, can work under pressure to deadlines and have a professional and fun approach to the role.

Experience working in a customer facing role would be desirable but not essential.
